How to use Allscripts or CarePort Care Management for Medicare Advantage post-acute care requests
Skilled nursing facilities, inpatient acute rehabilitation centers and long-term acute care hospitals can continue to submit authorization requests for post-acute care services using Allscripts®, now known as CarePort Care Management.
