Reminder: New BCN authorization requirements are effective Jan. 1, 2018

As a reminder, on Jan. 1, 2018, new authorization requirements take effect for services for BCN HMO^SM (commercial) and BCN Advantage^SM members. These changes apply to various types of procedures.
