Blue Care Network commercial doesn’t require authorization for home health services. See the “Guidelines for transition” section in the Utilization Management chapter of the BCN Provider Manual.

Provider training for the CareCentrix program

To find the CareCentrix training, search on “home health care” and then click the Courses tab.
